Starting June 2022 SGP will imply this cancellation policy to all individuals and businesses:

-$50 deposit is required on making a session appointment as well as a contract every time and is not refundable.

-Remainder of session cost is due the day before the session or the session will not happen the next day, and this fee is also nonrefundable.

-A session cannot be rescheduled more than 3 times for reasons other than weather, after the 3rd "rescheduling" for reasons other than weather SGP will no longer reschedule that session and your session and contract will be cancelled a new session appointment and deposit must be made.

-Clients later than 20 minutes will have their session cancelled and no refunds will be issued. Clients who are late less than 20 minutes will not have that time made up in the session.
